Hey everyone,
So I went to install the throw out bearing from the SPEC Stage 2+ clutch kit and the inside diameter is to small to fit onto the part the clutch fork attaches too. Is it ok to use an OEM TO bearing, has anyone seen this, or should I contact SPEC?

Thanks everyone

You should be able to use an OEM TO bearing, but I would contact SPEC. And just to be sure. You know that thing is pressed on there, right? So it's a really tight fit, Is it WAY too small?

That's...really odd. I just got the stage 2 for my car and it went on without a hitch. The OD of the bearing was slightly smaller, but it still fit the new spring....

Well basically I'm an idiot. The inner race of the old bearing was stuck on the release sleeve. I got that off so the throw out bearing SPEC included will fit...but in this process I did figure out a little something.

The throw out bearing SPEC included in the clutch kit is a OE replacement bearing for a S14 KA24DE 240sx from AutoZone. Brand is a Brute Power part number 613015. It's not a "special" bearing so it doesn't matter if an OEM bearing is used or not.

By the way, the OEM part number for the throw out bearing from Nissan is 30502-45P00. I'm going to be buying an OEM throw out bearing and pilot bushing just to be safe.

Thanks for the help and the learned lesson lol
