does anyone know where in the service manual i can find the spec resistance reading for electronic parts and sensors such as maf sensor, throttle position sensor, ignition coil, fuel injectors, etc. id really appreciate it thank you. my car is a 96 infiniti i30

Most electronic components that would throw a code, will always be in the EC, engine control system. For example, the MAF is addressed around page 127 here:
