I have an 05 G35 with the "premium" sound system...Bose. Anyway, I think I may have blown a speaker. Is there a sure-fire way to find out if a speaker is blown? Could it be a new rattle from the interior panels?

Symptoms:

I can hear a slight buzz or rattle at moderate volume levels. At higher levels, my subs drain it out.

You'll just need to get to that speaker and make sure that there isn't any debris in the cone bouncing around. You can also disconnect that speaker and make sure the sound dissappears. I think I'd get a song going that makes the bad sound obvious and go to that speaker area and push on various panels to see if it goes away. It could very well just be a loose or rattling panel.
