My stock speakers are pretty much all blown and it's time to replace them. Just want to double check the size.
There are 2 door speakers and 2 against the rear wall

I noticed a pathfinder with small tweeters in the runners on each side of the windshield, is that option Pathfinder only? I took some from that Pathfinder, really helps with the sound having the tweeters in the front next to the windshield, 6 1/2 in the doors, subs behind the seat.

I also stripped a Pathfinder 1994 (I think it was) for it's sound system among other things. So far only traded out the door speakers but still I already can hear the difference, work much better. I am going to try and mount the top back speakers as well. Also all the speakers I took out of the Pathfinder were marked by BOSE is that original or after market? They looked like they always been there, no modification around them. Did some of the "luxery" editions come with a special sound system?

some were OEM bose powered. they all had amplifiers in them of they had the multi speaker set up. I lifted the A pillar covers off a wreck myself.

Hi Chris!
This is sortof off topic from this posting but I could not message you through your user name.... :gotme

My question is that I would like to find out if it would be possible to 'harvest' the right hand drive parts from a hardbody in your country an send them to the USA. More of an academic question than anything but I know there would be a market for such a conversion.
Not knowing what parts and pieces would make up a conversion, best guess would be steering parts, instument panel, dashboard.... All this could add up to be quite a package!

thanks for any input.... poikaa
