has anyone replaced door speakers in an 08 g35 w/o bose and no nav?

curious what setup you went with and what sizes

i never found anything in the FSM regarding sizes.

For me, I just added a subwoofer and kept the Bose speakers. Not sure what you can do other than pulling the door off and measuring the speakers. Crutchfield may have a size chart...have you tried them?

you and i have discussed this before. they give a size range, which it useless to me. i want to know what is already in there. because that is what i want to stick with.

did you put any kind of "bass blocker" on the midrange speakers or keep them as is?

mine doesnt have bose, but i want a cleaner sound. next step would be a sub.
