speaker replacement in xterra

I am wanting to replace the front door speakers in my 2000 xterra. It looks like the lower part of the door panel can be removed allowing access to the speaker and leaving the upper part of the panel?

Anyone know if this is possible or do i have to take the whole panel off?

You have to take the whole panel off.
