(no its not the fade, ive checked.)but any tips or info would help greatly.also how do you get tp the back speaker and door speaker what do i remove to get to it?

You will have to remove the door panels for the door speakers. Is your radio the stock BOSE?

I suggest that you take it to a professional. But if you must do it yourself, I would start checking the wiring on the speaker(s) that are malfunctioning. It sounds like (from your post) only the driver side is acting up. If the wiring is properly connected and you've tested the speakers with a multimeter for continuity, and they're still acting up, then I would examine the head unit itself. Make sure that your wiring harness is secured. If it is and your speakers are still acting up then you're gonna have to find out that your head unit is working properly. To test this, you'll need to have a constant power source to your head unit and test each pin in your stock wiring harness for voltage and continuity.

In this thread it shows you how to take off the door panel with instructions and pictures.zerothread/353429From when i changed my window motor.

The rest of the interior plastics pop off (to get to the back speakers) but its kind of annoying how much you have to take off, then its like a puzzle putting it back together. If you can, have a friend help. If it wasn't so freaking cold or i was in the mood i would go pop some off and take picks of the speakers and all but i'm lazy and its cold so ask Dasoupdude, he lives in FLA where its warm and he is down for some picture help (like how i volunteer people).

My car does funny things in the winter too... For some reason when the temperature outside gets cold enough, my car alarm goes off. It's been happening to me all winter long. The damn thing will wake me, and the neighbors up at 3-4am. I'm just gonna lock it without arming it from now on...what a pain in the *** tho!
