speaker/exhaust problems

For the past week my back factory subs vibrate like crazy when Im idle, at low rpms (below 2500), and sometimes at high rpms. Is it just my exhaust rattling them? Anyway to stop the rattling? I noticed that when I press down on them, the vibration goes away. Excuse my stupidity, but I have no knowledge of audio stuff and no one ever replies in the audio forum.
