Sparktec Motorsports Suckssss!!!!!

I ordered some OBX 4-2-1 headers for my 95 240sx last thursday from sparktec motorsports. They payment was deducted immediately, but they still havent shippped. Ive now come to find out that they have no phone number and wont respond to emails, also other people have had alot of problems to. Wish i had of known all of this before i ordered. Ive searched and tried a bunch of numbers but none of them work. Anyone have a number for the company? Or does anyone have a personal number for Danny Wong or James Kang of the South San Francisco area? These are the two owners of the company. And has anyone else had the same problem-should i expect a big delay in shipment or am i maybe just gonna lose money?

I did something similar with Prostreetonline.com After 3 weeks and no box I called up. Their answer was we don't stock our parts, they are shipped from the manufacture they are shipping in 2 days. 3 week go by I call, oh they are on backorder. So I canceled my order.

I suggest you call them and do the same. If they dont have a phone number get the refund via paypal or through the card you paid with. Just call up the credit card or bank and dispute the charge.

If you call your bank, they will be able to get you a phone number from the charge. You might have to talk to a few people but you will eventually find someone that knows what they are doing.

yeah and as for the seller, they need to have someone's foot, planted directly up their as*es

This company is pretty sketch. To get a phone number i tried-the bank-the credit company-information-alllll over the internet-myspace(I hate myspace but i still made one cuz i was desperate)-information for the two owners-Yahoo( i think there a yahoo seller)-Ebay(they also have an ebay store)

All of these either came up with disconnected numbers or none at all. I think there might even be a law requiring a phone number so this company is bad. Luckily the part just shipped (a week later),but now i am worried about quality and timing. Basically-DO NOT USE SPARKTEC MOTORSPORTS!!!!!!!!
