I go according to the owner's manual. By experience, those are usually the best combination of performance & longevity.

M56 - NGK laser iridium DILKAR7B11
M37 - Denso iridium (long life) FXE24HR11

I have been using Autolite Iridium XPs in my vehicles (2003 MUstang Cobra, 1998 Mercedes SL500, 2006 Honda Silver Wing, 2012 RAV4--have over 40k on them in the scooter) for 10+ years, XP5682 in the M37 ($4.11 each from RockAuto)for 10k miles--they had a promotion going last year (2018) and I got them for $1.11 each after the rebate...

NGK or Denso is the ideal plug for Japanese engines.
Bosch for the Germans
Ac/Delco for GM
Autolite or whatever for Ford.

As finicky as our cars are, I reckon it's best to use the Denso plugs. I'd call the dealer and get the part number for the plugs, then go buy them anywhere BUT the dealer.

The part # for m37 is FXE24HR11 Denso. Hard to find and very expensive, please let us know where and at the best price.
Thanks Mike
