They probably won't make any considerable difference, but it's wise to replace them regardless. It's doubtful the previous owner replaced them at such low mileage (unless they didn't read the manual and put copper plugs in every 30k or something) A set of new OEM spark plugs and some copper anti-seize can be obtained for ~$46 from Advanced Auto Parts if ordered online with discount codes and picked up in store. Any necessary tools (torque wrench, etc) can be had from Harbor Freight for cheap, especially if you receive coupons in the mail ($10 1/2" drive torque wrench, 20% off any single item, etc).
