The spark plug change interval is 105k miles. You were due 28k miles ago.

There is nothing particularly difficult about the job. You need to remove the intake tube, unbolt a few brackets and unscrew two screws to remove the IACV to access spark plug #4, but other than that the procedure is quite straight-forward. There's a great how-to here.

Nissan charged me $255 parts + labor to replace the spark plugs at 101k miles when my parents maintained the vehicle. I replaced them again around 120k since I didn't know if they were previously replaced - I found the service records about a month after replacement.

They probably won't make any considerable difference, but it's wise to replace them regardless. It's doubtful the previous owner replaced them at such low mileage (unless they didn't read the manual and put copper plugs in every 30k or something) A set of new OEM spark plugs and some copper anti-seize can be obtained for ~$46 from Advanced Auto Parts if ordered online with discount codes and picked up in store. Any necessary tools (torque wrench, etc) can be had from Harbor Freight for cheap, especially if you receive coupons in the mail ($10 1/2" drive torque wrench, 20% off any single item, etc).
