ok so my 92 nissan 240sx has been running crappy lately. it's been hesitating a lot been getting worse. About a week ago i took out the fuel rail checked for a leaky injector didn't see anything. one of the injectors was alittle wet,but not leaking im not sure if that might have been the problem or what. Anyways today i check the sparkplugs, and they all smell like gas..any idea what may be wrong?? help! :wtf2:

its all of the spark plugs that smell like gas. i even did the test where you unplug each injector to see which one might be bad and not make a difference in the idle and they all seemed fine.

get a noid light test done. injectors might be getting a bad pulse from the ecu. if thats the case, new ecu or a reflash if possible should fix it. also check your wires to each injector for frays, splits, open etc.

A bad knock sensor can defenetly make your car run rough, clear the code and see if the light comes on again.
Knock sensors are a pain to replace and way to expensive unless you can find a used one.

That can most definitely be the problem, I recommend doing a full tune up. Replace plugs, cap, rotor, o2, and clean your MAF and air filter (replace if necessary). Replace the knock sensor as well, it will retard your timing, thus create more unburnt fuel.
