Spark/timing knock when starting

When starting my 1997 maxima it seems as if the timing is off when cranking but when it starts it runs fine. I had it scaned and it showed multiple things but I'm not sure which one it would be.

What's it like when you try to start it? Hard to start? Or sound rough when starting? What things did the scan tool pick up?
