Hey guys, just wondering what type of spark plugs you reccomend. Also what is the gap for a ka24de?
Thanks

Platinum. They come gapped and aren't recommended to be adjusted. I don't know the gap measurement becuase of that. I do look at all four at once and make sure none look completely whack when compaired to the others. They've always looked identical to me, so I put them in and am happy. Don't forget to use dielectric grease!

Hi! im new to these forums so you can take my word with a grain of sand. But i would like to enlighten people on some basic and fundamental laws of physics that may help you.

Copper is by far the best conductive metal of them all. It's more conductive than platnum, iridium and any other metal they build spark plugs out off. Which means that copper spark plugs deliver more electrons and thus a bigger hotter spark. If you have a stock engine you will make the most HP and burn the fuel more compleatly if you go with copper plugs.

However, copper fouls a lot faster so if you have a turbo or use nitrous then you will need harder metals so you don't change plugs every weekend. That's why people use harder metals in spark plugs. but if you have a stock engine regular cheap V-power NGK plugs will give you the most compleate burn. Just my 2 cents.

Cheers!

I'm on 23 psi on cheap oem ngk v power. Best plugs, PERIOD! You need a colder plug for more boost? Change the heat range. You want a hotter plug for your n/a setup? Change your heat range.

Sorry for my noobish question, but how exactly do you change your heat range?

Most common plugs is bkr6e and bpr6e. Just change the number lower for a hotter plug, higher for a cooler plug. For example I'm using bkr6e. When I switch to my bigger turbo setup I will go colder and get bkr7e, maybe even bkr8e.
