spark plugs????

hey i got a sr20det (s14 vvt) and i have a lot of **** done to it and i was wondering what kind of spark plugs to get, i know ngk but like what kind as in code. im geuss i need two diff kinds one to break my motor in on stock boost then after that i want a high heat for more psi. if you guys are wondering whats done to it heres a little list
