spark plugs

Hi,

I am using the bosch +4 plugs, and according to JWT they aren't good for ca18det engines,

I heard there is two types of plugs, hot and cold, what are the difference between both, and what are the best plugs to use on my engine, I got T28 turbo, 550cc injectors, jwt ecu, fmic.

Please provide the part number if you have it.

I was told KA plugs, but 2 degrees colder by Paul (movingviolation240) awhile back...but I don't really know for sure.
