I just got my SR powered 92 coupe back yesterday. The told me to adjust the gap in the plugs because they felt like they were blowing out at around 4500-5000 rpm. The only mods I have are greddy front mount, toda flywheel, exedy stage 2 clutch, and an enjuku racing one piece drive shaft. Right now I just have autolite copper plugs. They told me to set my gap at .040-.042. It runs a little better but still definately not right. Im runny approx. 7.5 lbs of boost. What is the stock gap or the best gap?

Stock gap is .36 You sould go with a smaller gap the higher boost your running.Im running about 7.5 to 8 PSI with a .35 gap and the car runs Perfect from 800RPM to 7500RPM.Also i would think about getting some NGK plugs too.

Dont you think .28 is alittle to small for stock boost?
