I'd say if you want to boost more than 15 psi then go with heat range 8 plugs. I'm using heat range 8 plugs cause I was planning to run 17 psi, but my wastegate actuator only allows me to run 14 psi . It runs fine except I have to warm up my engine for about 5 minutes and let my spark plugs get up to normal operating temp before my engine will run smoothly.

2871R broken down is Garretts GT28 Turbine Wheel with a 71mm exducer of the Compressor Wheel.

People generally refer to the T04R or T04Z as the T67 because the Compressor Wheel inducer is 66.7mm. The exducer is 84mm which is greatly larger than the 2871R.

Heres a picture showing the parts of the Compressor/Turbine Wheel.
