What plug gap and heat range is best for my set-up, I dont know jack squat about spark plugs, in my CA powered cars I never had to change the heat range because I never was running enough boost out of a big enough turbo. Can I just go to advanced auto and tell them what heat range I want? I read that a gap of 38 is good to start with, give me your insight. my setup will be JGS kit, 550cc injectors, enthalpy tune, z32 maf, and 8lbs of boost, if you need more info I will do my best to provide it, thanks guys.

Just get one step colder than stock plugs. Dont get the ones that are pregapped.

.38 is a big gap for a turbocharged car with a stock ignition. With your lower levels of boost you might be fine but if you crank it up the boost you might get blowout.

1 step colder and .038 is fine to start with. Always start big and narrow the gap if you have ignition problems. The bigger the gap, the more spark you get.
