Spark plug with oil on it

So a while back, when I was doing my plugs. Cylinder #2, I put the plug in, tightened it, but took it back out... but then thing is, when I took it out, the plug's threads and half of the ceramic part was covered in what appeared to be oil but smelled like gas. I didn't check the other cylinders, but what I do know is that this could be an issue. Also, my memory serves me correctly that spark plugs never go near oil. Does anyone know if this was normal?

Oh and off topic... which line is the return line? The one circled in green or red? P/S system.

Its probably your valve cover gasket leaking..

As far as the PS, I think the red one is the way to go...

It is the red one, the green feeds the pump.
