Spark Plug. Which ones

I'm getting these choices from advance auto parts. They have NGK R plugs that $10 a piece. I'm looking for what works efficiently. So what are you guys using?

I just changed mine a few thousand miles ago...I used the NGK Laser Platinum ones.

but I bought mine off of eBay, I think I ended up paying about $7 a plug.
