Spark plug tube seal issue.

Hi.I've replaced spark plug tube seals because of engine oil leak inside the spak plug wells. After the seal was replaced 2~3 days later, it came out again. That was the 5 times already. So I would like to know which sides of the seal goes to the valve cover hole? The seal has both sides which are a flat side and side is small circle inside the big circle. got to the dealer and get the seals from there thats where i had to get mine from.
