Spark plug reccomendations for rb20det

Dont flame me....I already searched and only found plug info on the rb25det. what brand, type, and gap should i run in a basically stock rb20det? i only have intake, 3'' from turbo back and a walbro fuel pump. I plan on running a fmic and upping boost to 12psi this next summer.

bpcr6es's gapped to .8mm will be just fine for you, they are ngks btw.
