on a lightly to mildy modded rb20 (250-350whp) i sudgest bcpr6es gapped to .8mm, on a mild to agressive setup (350-500) go for bcpr7e at .8mm gap.i run 7's on my car...for most ppl they would be a touch cold.

For the record I run the 6's. Cheap and work just about aswell as the fancy ones.

unless you are a supra owner where you have to get iridiums because its SUCH a pain in the *** changing plugs...lol.

Autolites,,,, work but NGK if you want a great plug.

go to the parts store and tell them to hand you 6 NGK 3330 (BCPR7ES) it's already gap, just double check though. 0.8mm

Denso IQ20 for normal running, but I swap in NGK BCPR6EY-11's for testing after map changes. Have been considering 7's or IQ22. May pop one 7 in and see how it does.
