Spark Plug Help

So, i went to change my spark plugs for the first time (on this car) and the standard 5/8 deep socket wouldnt fit around any of the plugs. It seats fine around my replacement NGK's but wont on the ones currently in the car. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

The spark plugs for our car is 14mm, just use a deep socket n needle nose piers to carefully pull them out. The replacement should be as well, you might have the wrong ones.

Do you not have a toolbox and tried different deep sockets until you found the one that fits?

^I think his issue is more of why does it fit the aftermarket and not the OEM, as in he may have bought the wrong size replacement.

I do remember when I had ordered spark plugs, they didn't carry the ones that come stock from the dealer.
