And I like NGK for plugs and wires...I'm running stock NGK replacement wires on my KA-T @ 300rwhp...no spark issues at all.

The Magnecores are nice as well...

I would suggest Bosch Platinum, thas what I use and for the price of $24 you cant go wrong, and my gap size for my 89 hatch is 0.39. But between the choices you have picked I say go with the NGK's I hear good things about those.

Do not use Bosch Platinum in your KA. NGK are great.

Ive heard many people say avoid Bosch Platinum. I'm not sure why, but it seems the KA doesnt like platinum plugs.

the reasoning to steer clear of bosch plats is cause they are too hot of a plug. they are more for honda type motors. so basically a high reving no torque car.

i have denso iridiums in mine at the moment, and bosch pro 7mm wires, with no problems. I've used bosch platinums, splitfires, +4's, ngk oem plugs, and bosch supers (gross). platinum plugs in the sohc don't do bad at all, although they do seem a little light on the torque. The +4's are reaaal nice, seem to give a bit more grunt then most. By far, however, the iridiums out-do all, but i paid 60 bux for the set of 4.

A lot of people go with OBX, they make a nice header.

Also look into DC Sport, they just recently released the header for s13's. That's what I have, and that coupled with my 2.25" pipe and Tanabe Tuner Medallion sounds real nice. A lot of people say with DC you pay more for the name, but it really is a nice product. Maybe wait to see how they hold up for people, they haven't really been "street tested" that long.

Stay away from Pace Setter. I have a couple friends with Pace Setter header and exhaust and they are both fairly cheap and give you a real ricey sound.
