Alright, so the car is now up and running on the new haltech setup, but i'm having a issue getting it to idle correctly.

Things I have done:
1. Cleaned IACV
2. Boost leak tested system
3. Checked coils/wires/plugs for spark and signal
4. Checked injectors to see if they were clicking
5. Set base fuel pressure

The issue I am having is Cyl 6's plug is clean, no carbon or anything. All the others are slightly dark after running, 1 or 2 is a little wet with fuel, but nothing excessive. But we know cyl 6 is getting fuel and spark. I'm assuming my mechanical timing is slightly off, causing the misfire. I'm assuming when cyl 6 fires, one of the valves are still open causing the "combustion" to leave early, causing the misfire and keeping the plug relatively clean. Does this seem logical? My plan is to compression check it tonight to verify the valve is open.

If i'm not missing anything, i'll check timing and degree my cams to reset everything.

Side note, when I pulled the IACV off the intake, it was significantly warmer compared to everything else. Are they known to get really warm/hot during normal operation?

Just an update,

Swapped 5 and 6 injectors, problem still existed. Pulled the front of the motor apart again, exhaust gear was 1 tooth advanced, realigned everything, should get the rest of it back together tonight and test fire.
