spark plug coil trouble shoot and slight clatter in the morning

I noticed this morning ata stop light some rattle or clatter or spark knock conning from my car. I did some research on the web and read that it can be either a coil or an intake sproket. I just changed my oil with mobile 1 full synthectic and checked the level of oil and everything is fine. Today I'm checking the coils to see if I'm getting a small misfire cause sometimes cars will misfire and will not throw a code. My altima just hit 100k 2009 2.5s
