spark plug change

how do i change the spark plug for my 97 qx4? aany pics because it seems hard to get into for me?

use the nissan supplied spark plug tools under the rear seat. they are in a leather bag. they are made perfect for the task. Plugs 1 thru 5 are easy.

plug 6 is awkward to get to. very difficult with regular hand tools but do-able with the nissan tool. you have to practically lay down on the engine to get to it. I like to lay a blanket down.

fueler: I never knew that was in there! lolI just did them with a standard spark plug socket and extensionI just dimpled the firewall 'dimple' a little more with my BFH for #6 and a normal ratchet with an extension fit in there just fine. It's just alittle awkward getting it started because it's an odd angle and you can't see it.BE PATIENT so as not to cross thread #6!!
