Spark Plug and Trans Fluid 98 Altima

I'm want to change my spark plugs and trans fluid. The plugs in now are NGK BKR5E, I saw some Bosch plugs at the store that never need to be gaped. Anyone have any recommendations?Also what trans fluid is good for the Altima and my Maxima thanks for any info.
