Now that spring is approaching, and so is 90k on my 2001 PF, I need to change the plugs. I know that there is a chance they are frozen, I am hoping otherwise.
How difficult is it to change the plugs in the 3.5 liter motor? To be honest, other than oil changes and some other fluid changes, I have never done anything with the motor, so I am not even sure how to remove the plastic engine cover. From reading this forum, i understand NGK's are the way to go. From the Haynes Manual (which is not very helpful for the 3.5 liter), i know, so each plug has a coil (I assume no traditional plug wires). But other than that, I don't know much else.
Any tips/advice or words of encouragement would be appreciated. I was hoping to do this myself, but may end up going to a shop if it seems tricky or access is tough. Thanks in advance for any help.
