spark plug #4 has excess oil around the thread, what's the problem?

only #4 has this problem....., then all of the spark plug tips...don't look good either, it's grey color, cover with grey graphite powder... so what it's indicate?

what motor year .. info helps alot ... my if it is a kade .. the valve cover gasket might me letting go..not the head gasket.... mid did this and leeked oil around and into the hole for the spark plugs

Yes, It's 92 KA24DE. so what exactly affect the engine efficiency if it's the valve gasket leaks?

Not particularly, but leaking oil is never really a help to anything as it looks bad and will probabaly drip onto your exhaust manifold (like it did mine) and smell bad. =\

Its Probably the valve cover gasket. i see it all the time with all types of cares.
