I have a 91 240SX coupe with a 91 SR redtop. Internally and electronically stock. I did the SR and auto-to-manual swap about 1 month ago. Drove fine for 2 weeks and then after work one day I was driving along and the motor just died. Crank, no start. Towed it home and found I have spark but no fuel. All powers and grounds to the ECU are good. OHM tested the CAS wiring, 0.002/3, good. Started going through the harness because the previous person that adapted the harness had a bad day and basically made a jumbled mess. After fixing all the little issues in the harness I still have the same issue. And yes, I have done searches on this subject, seems a lot of people have this problem but no one seems to finish their thread when they solve it.
Fuel lines on correctly, I don't know how they couldn't be.
On cranking I have a nice white arc from my coils but no fuel spraying at all.
I have 34psi on the fuel pressure gauge and already cleaned the rail and installed a new filter.
I can manually turn the CAS and get the injectors to fire, but, not always perfectly. I have 3 CAS's to test this with.
I have 10V on my Orange wire for start up at pin 34 and all power and grounds are good and verified.
Out of nowhere the injectors started firing perfectly, plugged them back in and car ran great. Started 4 or 5 times with no issue. Went to the store, came back and no fuel spray again. Back to crank, no start.
