Spark Knock

Has anyone ever experienced spark knock. How can I fix this? Do i need new spark plug?

High octane fuel, fuel system cleaner, something to remove carbon deposits in your cylinder/on your valves. After that it probably gets real expensive.

I use premium and above at all times. I mostly go to exxon and I just put some lucas fuel injector cleaner in my tank. I havent cleaned my valves yet so ill try that and maybe add some more lucas fuel injector cleaner. Thanks
