spark,fuel, compression still wont go

I have a 1989 240SX i just bought it, looks great but wont run, has a recent engine very clean under hood, i've tried everything, i have lots of fuel, some spark and great compression, i've repalced coil, plugs wires cap rotor eveything thinkin my weak spark is preventing it from starting, it has a viper car alarm installed i've removed the fuse for it but i still think it could be problem or maybe computer, any imput?, new to the import scene so i'm lost

Check the timing, make sure the fuel isnt very old, battery could be on its last leg, make sure everything is grounded properly.

Battery. Alternator. Grounding. Check all of those.
