spark but not injector pulse

1991 240sx red top i have been testing all over the car step by step bu i cant find the problem i have spark on all of the coils and also continuity on the injectors also 12v ob em todya i have spray manually all the injectors and set my cas in time for the 3rd time and gave it start with wide open throttle, the car started and keept running until i notice that my turbo was leaking from the intake side of the compressor n i think that the reason is my turbo oil drain hose is twisted blocked,

Tomarrow ima try to set my tps to see if the start signal may be too weak that wont let it start.

well im still stuck on the same place yesterday i have fix my turbo it end up being the drain fitting been too small, but the starting problem is still the same i have set my tps to .5 and does not start, the only way to start it is manually spray the injectors i guess ima have to run a switch and that will be my kill switch lol guess i ll be the only one to kno how to start it.
