SPARK BUT NO FUEL PLEASE HELP

ok for the last month or so Ive been trying to figure out whats going on with my engine and I checked the fuel pump, spark plugs, fuel rail, and change the ecu and it still turns over the same. I did put starter fluid where the spark plugs are and it started, reved up and then died down. Im running out of things it could be Ive only had this car for a few months. Please any suggestions would help Thanx!

did you perform any maintenance or change anything on the car before this started happening?

Did you check the individual injectors? you can take the rail off and crank it over to see if the injectors squirt fuel if they do make sure they squirt it in a cone shaped mist

no i didnt change anything. Though i did go out in the snow for fun, then it snowed hard and the next day, the car didnt start. But it was running perfectly fine before i turned it off

yea i havent checked the actual injectors though i checked the volt on them and they were not reading, so i assumed it was the ecu. but yea that makes sense Ill check them out Thanx bro
