Spare Tire Space Saver

I have a 06 M35 with a full-sized spare. I would like to convert to a space saver. Besides the obvious (obtaining the donut spare), what other parts should I seek out? Are the mats different? Etc...thanks for the help...

Not sure why you would want to do this (I would do the opposite, but my package doesn't allow for it), however, I found this:

There is a diagram and it shows several items that say "W/O Full Size Spare Tire" and then have a more info link. Perhaps that would be helpful. In case the link above doesn't bring up what I found, I went to infinitipartsusa.com and choose the following from the sequential drop-down menus:

Yeah I'd rather have a full size spare myself. I'd trade you if we had the same wheels.
