The dealerships do sell spares, but to get the spare you need the tool kit, some plastic pieces, mats, and other junk.. The prices for those are crazy from the dealer.. I forget exactly, but I want to say I was quoted over $600.
To anyone reading who hasn't picked one up yet. The option for the spare tire is only a couple hundred bucks when bought with the car.. so pick one out that has the spare tire kit included. Even if you never use it..
If you already have your Q.. If 19's.. dump them asap. they are garbage and crazy expensive to replace. Get a set of good tires and buy a can of fix-a-flat or something in case of emergencies. You could try to find another spare tire with the correct lug pattern and offset, but then you would have to get the correct trunk mat because the tire sticks up a bit higher than the mat lays.
