Spacers?

Does this car use spacers so that the tires would fit under the flares good? http://www.tra-kyoto.com/6666/180/180.htm

It could just be running aggressive wheels. Therefore not needing spacers.

i would guess no because the lip is pretty big therefore the wheels have low offsets so they dont need spacers.

Highly doubt a track car like that would run spacers IMO. I'd say wicked negative offset.
