spacer for s13 strut bolt for s14 spindle?

i think i remember seeing a site that sells a spacer that lets you use your s13 strut bolts (which are skinner than s14 strut bolts which bolt the spindle to strut) when doing a s14 5 lug conversion on an s13.

anyone know where to get this piece???i need this part asap.
