Those of you that put spacers behind your wheels, did you have to grind your old studs down so they didnt keep the wheel from mounting flush to the spacer?
I ordered the 1.5" set from rugged rocls and read that in some cases it may be necessary.

usually, spacers comes with open end nuts... these are the one you use to attach the spacer to your hub, then you use your old nuts to attach the wheel to your spacer.... So no, you should not have to shave the studs.... just use the right nuts on the right place...

Thanks Fleurys. I see what you are saying and i knew that, but what I meant to ask was...
Will my old studs protrude beyond my spacers? I need for the back of the wheel to fit flush against the adapter plate.

You da man!! I have been worried, but not enough to take a rim off and measure. Now I can sleep again.
My adapters will be here Wednesday according to ups.com and then my new wheels and tires are on and pics will be posted.
