Space behind the HVAC

I hardwired my GPS and radar detector today. I tapped into the power outlet just below the HVAC controls. Oh my there is a huge amount of space behind and under it. I was shocked how much space was there.

Has anyone else looked behind that panel?

Yup -- it's where I stuck the Nissan iPod interface (not recommended). There's still a ton of room in there.
