I've heard that the space is pretty tight back there because of the windshield washer fluid reservoir, is there enough space to put LEDs like this back there?

they look they need as least an inch or an inch and a half, once the bulb is seated...

I have those exact bulbs installed without any spacing issues. I did replace both fog lamp housing at the same time, so it might have been easier for me to install than if you were to do just a bulb replacement. I've had them on for over a year, I always have them on, and still super bright (lights up the entire road), to me its the perfect color. Hope this helps.

Good to know. The fog lights are one of the last incandescent bulbs I have left to replace on my car. A set has been sitting in my Amazon cart forever.

Absolutely the answer I was looking for - someone who has done the swap!!!

Thanks a ton, now I've got to order these bad boys and get to more moddin'.
I'll probably snap some pics when I change these out and install my V3 Triton turn signals in the front.

The V3 tritons is what I want to see on the M...I have them 'ear marked' in my 'wish list' for a future mod. I get a bit jealous when I see BMW's with their fancy bright a** LED turn signals lol.

I know Larz has reviewed them and given them two big thumbs up!

I got really lucky one on Labor Day 2014 - on sale for under $100. Never got around to installing them on my M45 -too lazy.
I'm definitely putting them on the M37, though.
