southern PA, northern MD meet?

as the summer goes on i feel the need to express the need for a local meet.... as ive noticed quite a few members from my area.

how about somewhere on the PA/MD line? to serve our friends in baltimore and also those from york...

im definately not one for planning much, but i think a meet in the beginning of august would be sweet

Im in York, Lewisberry actually... Been working on getting the 240 together... Snapped a damn bolt for the head and started ripping out some threads in another hole... think I need to get my torque wrench checked / calibrated. Now I need to get some helicoil inserts and fix my mistakes.

Im SUCH an idiot.

u rebuilding ur motor? im interested in gettin a motor from the same guy u got urs from...... i just dont have anyone with time and a truck (well my uncle has a truck, but we dont have off at the same time...)

looks like a sweet job... im sorta a noob at motor rebuilds, but urs is coming out just fine

I'm only replacing all gaskets. The inside of the engine looks great, no scoring on the walls and only a slight lip at the top where there is a little bit of surface rust from the engine sitting The engine had mostly what looked like RTV gasket on everything and was leaking at the main seal and oil pan so I decided to pull all covers and glass bead them and paint them after I pressure washed everything.

I have to now find out about Helicoils b/c Ive never used them and I'm guessing I need to find the thread pitch and length I need for the head bolts.

weve had many meets this summer, they will definately join to get a bunch of cars together, they been averaging like 30 some cars. Even on rain-ish days people show up. So just get a list going, ive got the perfect point to join with tristate guys. I can get a thread on that forum if u want.

Where at? Ive been a member on tristatetuners.com for some months now and havent gone to any meets because the only one "local" that Ive found is the typical WalMart "meet" on the Carlisle Pike. I hear people meet up on Rt 30 in York, where else is there?

route 30 at petco..... all the time in york, but theres alota rice there, i never stop... its either honda crap.... a pretty nice euro crowd, and a domestic crowd.... (both old school and new)

i just wish there were more nissan guys out there

i'd be interested in getting together for a meet. i'm in maryland about 30 min from baltimore, but don't mind driving an hour or so to meet up and see some other 240's. i should be getting my car back next week, so i'm game after that.

guys im so sorry i forgot about this thread. we just had a meet on tuesday, we had a gallardo there with a brand new s600 and about ... 60-70 cars all together. Only two 240sx. There was a sick stillen supercharged Z there also that screamed out of the parking lot.

I think this meet is a weekly meet. So needless to say next tuesday it should be happening again, i will keep everyone updated.

Nick, you nunce post the details of this meet, time place etc in my sticky on the top of the forum people need to know about this stuff... LOL btw we saw two AC Cobras and to Ferrari 430's on our seacoast drive this past sunday! But yeah, post it up top of the board and be cool!

does anyone know a dionicio lopez herrera? in PA i got the car from someone and he got the car from that guy and i need another title for my car the one i have is messed up and i cant get it titled in my name. any help is greatly appreciated thanks.

Well I live near pittsburgh and ive got 4 freinds in my small town of kittanning with swapped 240's im sure we could all make it to meet, its just such a pain to drive the whole way across the state, anyone up for a meet a beaverun or some kind of track?

BTW to OP, how much for your coupe?
