Hey guys, I have searched some but with the economy the way it is a good bit of these shops have closed. Anyone know of good safe tuners for a built RB30/26?
I live in Beaufort, SC

Top Speed Motorsports- Atlanta, GA
Underground Racing- Charlotte, NC
AV Engineering- Charleston, SC (long wait time for dyno appointments until they get a second dyno)

underground mainly caters to those with silly money to burn, no lambo or viper no care.
what are you using for management?

I know several tuners in charlotte but I cant say I can recommend them...
National speed in wilmington may be an option as well, not dealt with them personally but they seem to have a good track record.

if you dont mind shipping the car MA-Motorsports is a good option...
course working there also might have a bit of a bias.

Ehh, like to find someone within 5 hours. Be cheaper to fly a tuner in than ship it.

I have used and will be using Hal at Dynosty. I have known him for a long time, since the Maxima days lol. He does my heavy tuning, which I tow the car to him. Whenever I need a touch-up or slight re-tune, I go to Doug at TopSpeed, which is only 15 minutes from my house.

Hal at Dynosty is AWESOME with the Haltech software. What he can do without even turning on the car is amazing. He confuses the PISS out of me sometimes when I see what he is doing and how he knows what to do. He can set up most/all correction maps, set up the anti-lag, etc etc.

I will be using Hal as well, lol. I have seen his handy work first hand, and was very impressed.

sharriff at forged performance in atlanta does a great job with nissans. doug at top speed is also a good tuner. he mostly tunes subarus and evos but i've seen some sick 2j's and rb's come out of that shop. and of coarse there's always Z1.

Yea i think KY is a bit far for me. I did email Z1 and Top Speed, even that is 5 hour drive, but more reasonable.

just keep in mind if you live by the coast then tuning in atlanta will be tuning above sea level so once you get home the tune could change just a bit and need some slight adjusting.
