sources for a good rebuilt engine

Hi,

Does anyone know where I can buy a totally rebuilt engine with good warranty? (At least a year.) I'm probably going to have my engine rebuilt locally, but if there's a place where I can order a "new" engine I might consider it.

Bottom line, though, it needs to be in good shape, since I like driving my car more than working on it...

You're not going to find a rebuilt DET sitting in a warehouse or business here in the U.S. You're going to have to get yours rebuilt or have someone build you one. If you're willing to spend the loot, a rebuilt engine with warranty is attainable.

Thanks. There's a shop here that will do it, but I just wanted to see if there are any other options.
