True enough, at least if your in the States.AZhitman wrote:Please read the stickies.
There's 9 bajillion chumps who can sell you a Skyline, that's the easy part.
yea its costs about 7k there, then 2k for dimantling and reasemmbling, and another 2k to ship it to US docs, then another 1k to get it shipped to your door, and another 15k to have it converted and registered in california. ive been selling rhd cars for years. Dont do it yourself, theres too much of a high risk of the CHP impounding your car ON THE SPOT!! be careful, ive heard alot of horror stories of people losing their RHD cars when trying to pass inspections. if you want a R33 CALIFORNIA registered. i got a white R33 turbo that will be in my garage by march 15th.... price will be $23,000Konversion_King wrote:I've been wishing i had the money to buy a r33, it really only cost about $7000 thru these people.
yeap, so to all the lucky people who have them registered, just be safe and take care of your RHD car. and BTW, the R33s i have are california registered =)finalforce wrote:Wow, that's a lot of fees. I love the Skyline car, but the thought of the CHP taking it away is depressing especially after all the work that goes down to get it street legal here in U.S.
pretty soon, ive been busy with work and preparing the opening of my shop. apparently i cant talk too much about my cars in the forum cuz the nico guys dont like it =PUSsil80 wrote:turtle you got a lot of talk about legal skylines... i hope you are for real.. when is that web site going to up?????
Turtle, it's not that we don't like it, it's that you are offering services on out website that haven't been approved of. You are saying that, "You", out of the hundreds of others that have tried, can get a fully 100% legal registration in California.turtle600rr wrote:

This is hard to swallow, and it makes a lot of us leary that you say you can do this. If you can, and you can positively convince us that your cars are legitimate with no worry, not even one once of doubt, then once you get established, contact the CEO and talk to him about a sponsor agreement. Till then, please DO NOT post about this. Keep the topic off the boards and in private e-mails.
We (I) have asked you before to not do this and you seem to be still doing it, then placing comments such as the one above in your posts.
