Given a completely unlimited amount of money, what would you guys focus on if building your dream system?

Sound Quality would be what makes sense/means the most to me.

I mean Mulit-Media is nice and all, but cars are (for the most part) for driving and I, as the driver, can't enjoy multi-media while driving. If the car was primarily for a show piece (carpet/tralier queen), then Multi would be the most important thing, because I'd spend most of my time showing the car and wwould want something to do, while all the 14 yr old kids walked up telling me it was blah, blah, blah.

Multimedia...Maybe cause thats all I know. I can get all the features in there, but I have no clue how to make it sound good.

Error..Error... Unknown variable has been input. A reboot is required.

Seriously though, I would want sound quality. And just to be curtious, I would try to COMPLETELY sound proof the car. This would both help sound quality, and keep others from having to suffer through my music listening habits.

But, you know me, I would probably end up with a pair of Cerwin Vega 18in Strokers! I'd only feed them like 250~500 RMS each. That'd be good for 120~140Db down to 20~25hz . And I'd probably make my own components with crossovers, just because I can't justify the outrageous prices for them. I'd probably use some 8in sub/mid drivers combined with Horn Loaded tweeters for the components, and possible even a 6.5 driver between the two. I'd probably use a Nakamichi 700II HU.

I would go for sound quality.

I'm stuck in a constant struggle with vibration that kills my sound. I have Dynamated everything from the back seat to the tailights and I STILL get things rattling back there.

Multimedia is easy to come by. Sound quality gets exponentially more expensive as you move up.

Yeah, just look at Alpine's F-1 model.
