is anyone encountering any engine noise issues when updating to aftermarket amps and subs on their 03 g35 sedan. i've tried everything, from relocation the ground, to carefully running wires, but still i have this whinning noise upon acceleration. i lowered the gain on the amps. you name it, i've tried it, unless there's something out there i haven't done....

YOUR HELP AND ADVISE IS NEEDED!!!

THANKS

I once heard that this is due to the ground wire. but dont take my word for it.

The first thing I'd do is install a engine grounding kit; it will help with cleaner shifts, and better throttle response. It wouldn't hurt with the amp noise, might even stop.

if you're talking about the ground loop isolator, i tried it...but it takes away from sound quality.

I don't think you'll need a ground loop issolator,

I'm thinking:

Noise can be caused by several things. You should try and isolate and determine the cause. The solution will be much more clear and simple when you do.
